MusIndex Donations

Merit Media just developed a new site that is donating half of its revenue to the foundation. It's called MusIndex.com", a site whose purpose is to match up nonprofit benefit events with entertainers looking to support a cause. You would register on the site if you are hosting a benefit and need entertainment (like a band, a clown, or a bellydancer), or if you're an entertainer and you're available to do benefits in case one comes up in the registry. The revenue comes from ad banner clicks.

June Walkathon

The foundation is organizing a "Hero's Walk-a-thon Scholarship Fundraiser" to be held at the Sparks Marina on June 6th. If you wish to walk to help raise scholarship funds send an email to walker@beyourownhero.us
